Return website order
It is of course possible that you are not completely satisfied with an article. Then you can return the item(s) to us at your own expense.
Articles can only be returned when they have been ordered on the website and:
* Be registered via the Return Page . Link for in your browser: ( http://return.clicksit.com/shop/longlady-fashion )
* Returned within 14 days of receipt date. ! Please note, receipt date is the date of 1st delivery at home or pick-up location. If you pick up your package too late, you run the risk of not being able to return it on time.
* The items to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition; this means undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with the price tag attached. Please fold the items as much as possible as you received them.
* In addition, the items must be returned in proper packaging.

* Enter your email address and order number.
You will then receive an overview of the ordered items from that order.
* Enter the number and click "Next"
* On the next page you can choose the return reason.
This is very important information for us because it will be taken into account with subsequent collections. Complete the return notification.
* Cut out the address label, which is located on the return procedure form (back of the packing slip), and stick it over the original shipping sticker.
* Hand in your package (sufficient postage) to a carrier of your choice.
* Place the item and the packing slip in the package.
When you have returned one or more items, it will be checked in our warehouse. If the amount of the order falls below €125 after returning, the shipping costs will be deducted in accordance with the shipping table. You will receive a credit note and confirmation of return handling. At the same time, the amount will be refunded to your account. Please note that refunding amounts takes a number of working days to process, we ask for your understanding.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or item, you can place a new order on our website.
Returning without registering your return or after the return period
If we have not received your return within 14 days after the date of receipt ( note this is the date of the 1st delivery to your home or collection point), then unfortunately we cannot give a refund. You will then receive a voucher for the amount of the returned items.
Items purchased in the showroom that are not discounted can be exchanged within 7 days. Discounted items purchased in the showroom cannot be returned.
