Do I pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs are an ever-increasing expense. We pass on part of it to customers. We choose to keep this transparent and not to include shipping costs in the price of our items. Someone who orders multiple items would then pay more shipping costs on balance than someone who orders 1 item and we do not think that is justified.

How do I return items?

Enter your email address and order number. You will then receive an overview of the ordered items from that order.
Enter the number and click on "Next"
On the next page you can choose the return reason.
Complete the return notification.

Cut out the address label, which is located on the return procedure form (back of the packing slip), and stick it over the original shipping sticker.
Place the item and packing slip in the package.
Hand in your package (sufficient postage) to a carrier of your choice.

I have returned items and do I now pay shipping costs?

Because the order has fallen below €125, the margin is much smaller, so we cannot cover these shipping costs.

I want to exchange an item. How do I do that?

With us, exchanging means that you place a new order for the desired item.

Do I pay shipping costs with an "exchange"?

Yes, you pay shipping costs when you place a new order if it is less than €125. The carrier must also be paid again because they are again providing a service that they charge.
